Job Description
Do you have UAE Real Estate Experience ? If you answered yes, and you are a highly motivated individual who wants to thrive in the dynamic Dubai real estate market, this job is for you. Responsibilities As a sales or leasing consultant, you will generate new property listings and then find new tenants or buyers using portals. - Communicating with owners to lease or sell their property - Regularly update owners regarding the status of the leasing or selling process - Handling inquiries from owners and prospective tenants/buyers - Registering new landlords/sellers from both cold calling and new inquiries - Conducting viewing appointments, registering clients, and sending suitable properties - Letting/Sale of properties, meeting with prospective applicants, and processing all resulting paperwork - Negotiating Sales, Rentals, and Renewals - Closing Rental and Sales Deals - Drawing up Rental and Sales Contracts and paperwork - Managing half of your time in the office canvassing and securing contracts while the other half is spent meeting owners and conducting viewings.
