Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed market information to clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to ensure successful transactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and legal requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of the local property market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
