Key Responsibilities

Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in property transactions across Abu Dhabi. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach. Conduct property viewings, market assessments, and client consultations. Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, trends, and regulations. Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and guide clients through the full transaction process. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business. Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to promote listings and close deals efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred). Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle. Professional appearance and excellent customer service mindset. Ability to work independently and meet performance targets. Fluency in English required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, etc.) are an advantage.
