Responsibilities
Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes with expert market knowledge
Conduct property viewings and provide strategic advice on pricing, investment potential, and legal procedures
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors
Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring full compliance with UAE real estate regulations
Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and legal updates in Abu Dhabi
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote listings and generate qualified leads
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using CRM systems
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy, preferably in the UAE
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and transaction processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
