Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Professional Agent to join its expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to serve a diverse client base, including Cantonese?speaking investors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi.
Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing real estate based on market insights and client needs.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism.
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients throughout the transaction process.
Build and nurture strong relationships with property owners, investors, and prospective buyers.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive developments.
Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and client proposals.
Ensure all real estate transactions comply with UAE laws and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and marketing activities.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a real estate agent or consultant in the UAE market, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in Cantonese is required; Mandarin and English are strong advantages.
Solid understanding of UAE property laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
RERA or similar certification is an advantage.
