Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Real Estate Professional Agent to join its dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will excel in client relationship management, property advisory, and market expertise, while upholding the company's standards of professionalism and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi.
Provide clients with expert guidance on buying, selling, and leasing real estate.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and follow-up communications.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and prospective buyers.
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitive developments.
Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and client proposals.
Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, administration, and management, to support sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a real estate agent in the UAE market, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
Strong understanding of local property laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
RERA or similar certification is an advantage.
