As a
Real Estate Professional Agent
, you will represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in guiding clients through property purchases, sales, and investments. You will build strong relationships, provide expert market insights, and deliver a seamless experience to clients seeking high?quality real estate solutions in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Generate new leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, negotiations, and close transactions.
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market, new launches, and regulatory changes.
Build and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client service.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong passion for the industry.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self?motivated, target?driven, and customer?focused.
Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
UAE driving license preferred.
