AX Premium Properties is looking for an experienced and driven Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee and grow a diverse portfolio of residential and investment properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of residential properties, providing exceptional customer service, and demonstrating expert knowledge of the local real estate market. The Real Estate Agent will cultivate relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process.
What You'll Do:
Manage and grow high?net?worth clients' property portfolios.
Utilize effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, facilitating negotiations and ensuring smooth transactions.
Coordinate viewings and help the clients with the needful.
Keep clients informed with regular performance updates and market insights.
Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and achieve personal and team goals
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate leads and referrals,
Requirement:
Minimum 1 years experience in Dubai real estate or portfolio management
Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and Off-plan Properties
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers
