Company Overview:

A leading real estate investment and management firm based in Dubai, with a strong focus on creating and managing diverse real estate portfolios, are seeking an experienced and skilled Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join their dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets in the US and GCC. Your primary goal will be to maximize the value and performance of the portfolio through effective strategic planning, asset management, financial analysis, and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute portfolio strategies to achieve optimal financial performance and meet investment objectives.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and trends in the real estate market.

Collaborate with acquisition teams to assess potential investment properties, conduct due diligence, and make informed recommendations.

Manage and monitor the performance of existing assets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing value-add initiatives.

Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to support investment decisions and track portfolio performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, property managers, brokers, and local authorities.

Coordinate lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations to optimize rental income and occupancy rates.

Oversee property management activities, including maintenance, repairs, tenant relations, and ensuring properties are compliant with local regulations.

Regularly review and update property valuations, considering market fluctuations and other relevant factors.

Provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management and investors on portfolio performance, financial metrics, and market trends.

Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and regulatory changes that could impact the portfolio.

Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus.

5-7 years of progressive experience in real estate portfolio management in the US market.

Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing real estate portfolios, demonstrating strong financial acumen.

Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data to make informed decisions.

Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Familiarity with property management software and tools.

Professional certifications such as CFA, RICS, or similar are advantageous.

Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Arabic, is a plus.
