Real Estate Portfolio Manager
to oversee and optimize the company's property investments in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and expertise in managing diverse real estate assets.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
real estate investment strategies
to maximize portfolio value. Identify and evaluatepotential investment opportunities
in residential and commercial sectors. Monitor and analyzemarket trends, property values, and financial performance
. Negotiatelease agreements
and ensure compliance with contractual terms. Overseeproperty management functions
, including tenant relations and maintenance. Conductregular portfolio assessments
to identify risks and growth opportunities. Build and maintainrelationships with investors, lenders, and stakeholders
. Stay updated withlocal market conditions and regulatory changes
.Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience
in real estate investment and portfolio management. Strongfinancial analysis and budgeting skills
. Excellentnegotiation and communication abilities
. Knowledge ofproperty management principles and best practices
. Bachelor's degree inReal Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
