As we continue to expand our footprint in the UAE, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and brand growth.

This role involves producing high-quality content including photos, videos, and designs for real estate listings, social media, websites, and marketing materials. Ideal candidate should be professional enough to handle the end to end process of shooting, editing, graphics and final content.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot professional photos and videos of finished apartments and buildings (interior, exterior, drone if certified) Create video walkthroughs, promotional reels, matterport and lifestyle content Edit photos and videos for use on property portals, social media, and websites Work closely with the marketing and sales team to deliver creative content on time Ensure all media aligns with brand standards and marketing team requirements Must be able to photograph property exteriors producing images with straight verticals and corrected perspective Must be able to photograph interiors with well-exposed windows using very basic lighting, software techniques, or a combination of both Attention to detail, focus, colour, and quality of light Proficient in Photoshop and other editing tools. Excellent communication, attention to detail and time management skills; always on-time to appointments Ability to work independently on assigned tasks but also accept direction on given assignments Deadline-oriented; able to work quickly and efficiently to turn around photos within the given deadline Shoot videos and pictures of the marketing events at our office locations and other locations and create videos, pictures and content for marketing purposes.

Requirements

3+ years' experience as photographer/videographer/editor (real estate development experience preferred) Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools) Strong creative portfolio (Candidates to present portfolios once shortlisted) Good understanding of lighting, composition, and editing Knowledge of graphic design for marketing and social media UAE driving license preferred (for property site visits) Currently in UAE and available to join immediately
