Job Description

AQARCO REAL ESTATE BROKER L.L.C is hiring a skilled and experienced Real Estate Photographer & Videographer who is an Arabic speaker. This position requires a unique blend of photography and videography expertise to effectively capture and promote properties in the competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to create compelling images and videos that resonate with a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities



Conduct professional photography and videography sessions for residential and commercial properties, highlighting their unique features. Edit and produce high-quality photo and video content that meets company standards. Collaborate with real estate agents and property managers to schedule shoots and ensure that project requirements are met. Manage equipment and ensure that all technical aspects of shoots are executed flawlessly. Stay current with industry trends in real estate photography and videography, including new techniques and technology. Assist in creating marketing materials and social media content to promote listings effectively. Build an organized portfolio of work, maintaining a high standard of photography and video skills.

Requirements



3+ years of professional experience in real estate photography and videography with a strong portfolio to showcase your work. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus. Expertise in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro). Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and staging for both photography and video. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and team members. Knowledge of drone photography/videography is preferred. * Reliable transportation and flexibility to work different hours based on property availability.
