As a Real Estate Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs of properties that will be listed for sale or rent. These photographs will be used to help market the property and attract potential buyers or renters.
Job Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality photographs of properties, including exterior and interior shots
Edit and enhance photos using various software and tools
Ensure that all photographs adhere to the company's quality standards and guidelines
Communicate with real estate agents to ensure that their needs are met and that the photographs are satisfactory
Keep abreast of industry trends and new photography techniques
Requirements:
A strong portfolio of real estate photography
Proficiency in photography software and techniques
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A reliable mode of transportation and flexible schedule
Education:
A degree or certification in photography or a related field is preferred, but not required.
