Nordstern Real Estate LLC is looking for a talented, detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer and Videographer to join our innovative team. You will create exceptional visual content, capturing high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties, helping us showcase listings effectively and attract potential buyers.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, a creative vision, and the ability to produce engaging visuals within strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture compelling interior and exterior photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties, ensuring excellent lighting, composition, and overall presentation. Produce high-quality video content including property walkthroughs, virtual tours, drone footage, and promotional videos. Edit and enhance images and videos using professional software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Work closely with real estate agents and the marketing team to understand and fulfill specific client requirements. Maintain and ensure the optimal condition of all photography and videography equipment. Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining company quality standards. Keep abreast of industry trends and integrate innovative techniques to continuously improve our property presentations.
Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience in real estate photography and videography (portfolio submission required). Proficiency in using DSLR cameras, advanced lenses, lighting setups. Skilled in professional photo and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred). FAA certification for drone operation strongly preferred. Exceptional organizational skills, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Capable of working independently and effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility to travel to various property locations as required.
