We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer and Videographer to capture high-quality visuals of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in both photography and videography, strong editing skills, and the ability to deliver compelling visual content that drives engagement and supports property marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Photography
Capture high-resolution, well-composed images of interior and exterior property features.
Utilize proper lighting, angles, and staging techniques to showcase properties at their best.
Edit photos using Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop or equivalent software to enhance image quality.
Videography
Shoot cinematic videos of properties, including drone footage (if licensed).
Create walkthrough tours and highlight reels.
Edit videos with music, text overlays, transitions, and branding.
Administrative & Client Interaction
Coordinate with real estate agents, property managers, and marketing teams for scheduling.
Deliver final media files within specified turnaround times.
Maintain an organized portfolio and archive of past work.

Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate or architectural photography/videography.
Strong portfolio of real estate media.
Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones, lighting, and editing software.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, etc.)
Knowledge of real estate marketing trends is a plus.
