Ivy Vine Real Estate is a leading agency specializing in Dubai's secondary and off-plan property markets. We are seeking a talented freelance photographer and videographer to capture the elegance of luxury homes and vibrant community properties, enhancing our marketing presence on platforms like Property Finder and Instagram.

Responsibilities

Conduct professional photo and video shoots of interior and exterior property features. Edit and montage photos and videos to create high-quality, visually-appealing content for online listings, social media, and brochures. Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with brand standards and campaign goals. Identify optimal shooting angles, lighting, and compositions to showcase properties' unique attributes. Deliver edited content within agreed timelines, typically 48 hours per project. Maintain and manage personal photography and videography equipment.

Requirements

Proven experience in real estate photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing Dubai properties. Own professional shooting equipment (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market, working with diverse luxury and secondary market properties. Valid UAE freelance visa and ownership of a car with a UAE driving license (mandatory). Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro. Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory to create visually compelling content. Ability to work independently with a flexible, on-demand schedule, attending the office when required. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and the marketing team. Familiarity with RERA guidelines and Dubai real estate marketing trends. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
