to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of real estate operations, strong managerial skills, and the ability to implement systems and processes that ensure efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations across all departments including leasing, property management, sales, and facilities.
Optimize workflows to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Monitor KPIs and implement improvements across service, sales, and property portfolios.
Property & Portfolio Oversight
Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
Ensure all properties are compliant with local laws and regulations (RERA, DLD, etc.).
Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and facility management teams.
Team & Vendor Management
Lead, train, and support a team of property agents, admin staff, and field teams.
Manage relationships with service providers, contractors, and external vendors.
Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for various departments.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary contact for high-value clients and owners.
Resolve tenant issues, disputes, and escalations efficiently.
Support leasing and sales efforts through operational coordination.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate financial and operational reports.
Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.
Ensure all company practices are compliant with UAE regulations and RERA policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum
2+ years
of experience in real estate operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of
Dubai real estate laws
, RERA guidelines, and DLD processes.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
