Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and mortgage options.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Conduct property viewings and negotiations.
Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and legal requirements.
Collaborate with developers, banks, and legal teams to close transactions smoothly.
Requirements
Background in
banking
,
insurance
,
financial services
, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and real estate.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
[Optional] Real Estate License or Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
