We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated

Real Estate Marketing Coordinator

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate marketing, lead management, and social media management, with excellent communication skills in both

Arabic and English

.

Key Responsibilities: Lead & Email Management:

Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Manage and organize company emails, ensuring all inquiries are addressed professionally. Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into sales.

Advertising & Listing Management:

Create and manage property listings on

Property Finder, Bayut, and other real estate platforms

. Optimize listings with high-quality photos, compelling descriptions, and accurate details to attract potential buyers and tenants. Monitor and update listings regularly to ensure maximum exposure and engagement.

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns on

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms

. Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, to attract and retain followers. Monitor social media interactions, respond to comments and messages, and engage with potential clients. Track social media performance and suggest improvements to enhance reach and engagement.

Client & Landlord Communication:

Maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners. Coordinate property viewings and assist in negotiations between landlords and clients. Provide regular updates to landlords on their property's marketing performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience

in real estate marketing or a related field. Strong knowledge of

Property Finder, Bayut, and social media marketing

. Proficiency in

Arabic and English

(spoken and written). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and hardworking. Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
