Marketing Executive
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging advertisements and marketing materials for real estate properties.
Manage and run social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Develop creative content to attract potential buyers, sellers, and tenants.
Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for property listings.
Monitor performance of ads and campaigns to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
Support the sales team with marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing (real estate marketing preferred).
Basic knowledge of creating ads and running paid campaigns on social media platforms.
Strong communication and creative skills.
Familiarity with real estate market trends in the UAE is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
