We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives at our Abu Dhabi brokerage. This leadership role involves crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:

?Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the Abu Dhabi real estate market.? ?Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
? ?Oversea brand management and ensure consistency across all platforms.
? ?Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website management.
? ?Manage traditional marketing campaigns, including print and outdoor advertising.
? ?Generate and manage high-quality leads in collaboration with the sales team.
? ?Oversee budget management and performance reporting.
? ?Mentor and manage the marketing team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
Experience:
Marketing : 5 years (Required) * Real Estate : 3 years (Required)
