What We're Looking For:
Experienced Digital Marketing Manager with real estate background (Dubai market preferred).
Strong understanding of digital channels and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan & implement digital marketing strategies aligned with real estate goals.
Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Execute SEO and keyword optimization to boost online visibility.
Handle social media content creation and management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Run email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions).
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics & Meta Insights.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel for tracking & retargeting.
Create high-quality real estate content (blogs, videos, listings).
Work closely with the sales and design teams to align marketing goals.
Generate qualified leads and optimize conversion rates.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing (Real Estate preferred).
Knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and buyer behavior.
Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing & Analytics tools.
Strong content creation and campaign planning skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple campaigns.
