creative, analytical, and performance-driven Real Estate Marketing Executive

with hands-on industry experience. This role goes beyond posting content -- it focuses on

brand authority, qualified lead generation, and sales support

in Dubai's competitive real estate market.

Role Overview

You will strengthen Liventra's

local and international digital presence

through

strategic content creation, video production, paid campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives

, aligned with the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Branding

Create engaging

short-form & long-form videos

, reels, property showcases, and marketing visuals Produce content for

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube

, and other platforms Maintain consistent

brand tone, visuals, and messaging

Participate in

on-site shoots

(properties, events, developer launches)

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

Plan, execute, and optimize

Meta Ads & Google campaigns

Manage

SEO, digital marketing strategies, and analytics

Drive

lead generation synchronized with CRM systems

Strategy & Performance

Collaborate closely with

Sales & Marketing teams

Track engagement, reach, inquiries, and lead performance Stay updated with

market trends and digital innovations

Mandatory Strategic Deliverables

Within the

first 10 days

, you must:

Analyze all existing Liventra social media platforms Identify

content gaps, strengths, and opportunities

Submit a

10-day actionable content plan

, including: Content themes Posting schedule Formats (reels, posts, stories, videos) Engagement & growth strategy
You will also present:

Your

value addition & differentiation strategy

How content converts into

qualified real estate leads

A brief

UAE developer & investor market study

Requirements (Mandatory)

?

Real Estate marketing experience (6 months - 1 year minimum)

? Strong skills in

videography, video editing & content creation

? Expertise in

Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO & digital marketing

? Experience with

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter

? Proven

lead generation experience integrated with CRM

? Creative, self-driven, and confident (on-camera confidence preferred)
?

Currently based in UAE with a valid UAE visa

? Basic understanding of

real estate projects, developers & investors
