Sales Manager

Real Estate

Sales & Revenue Growth - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, generate leads, and close property deals efficiently.

Team Leadership & Training - Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales goals.

Market Research & Strategy - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to optimize sales tactics and pricing strategies.

Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Negotiation & Closing Deals - Handle high-value property negotiations, ensuring smooth transactions and securing profitable deals for the company.

Compliance & Documentation - Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA regulations and company policies while managing contracts and legal documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
