Job Summary

The Senior Real Estate Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of our real estate portfolio. This role involves maximizing property values, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring a strong return on investment. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a proven track record in real estate management and investment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans for the company's real estate portfolio to achieve financial targets and long-term growth. Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and vendor management. Lead and mentor a team of property management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Manage property budgets, financial reports, and performance analysis to ensure profitability and operational efficiency. Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities and participate in the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. Negotiate complex lease agreements, contracts, and service agreements. Ensure full compliance with all relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards in the UAE. Report directly to senior management on portfolio performance and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in real estate management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role. Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai and UAE real estate market, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
