Real Estate Division

and are looking for a results-driven and experienced

Real Estate Sales Manager

to lead and grow our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and grow the real estate sales team to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Oversee the listing and promotion of properties, with a focus on

luxury villas

,

off-plan developments

, and

rental/sales properties

across Dubai. Build and nurture strong relationships with

clients, investors, landlords, and developers

. Manage the

end-to-end sales cycle

- from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure. Ensure accurate, appealing, and timely property listings across

online platforms and internal channels

. Stay up-to-date with

Dubai real estate market trends

,

RERA regulations

, and

competitor activity

. Motivate, mentor, and train the sales team to maximize productivity and professionalism. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute effective lead generation campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum

5+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai

(luxury, off-plan, rentals, and resales). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate communities and market dynamics.

RERA certified

(preferred) or willing to obtain certification. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills. Proficient in

CRM systems

and familiar with property portals such as

Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle

, etc. Bachelor's degree in

Business, Real Estate

, or a related field.
