Your Responsibilities as a Sales Manager in Real Estate:

Recruit, train, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets. Prospect and develop a strong portfolio of agents and property listings. Provide personalized support to clients in their real estate projects (buying, selling, or renting). Negotiate and close real estate transactions efficiently. Attend networking events to strengthen professional relationships and enhance company visibility. Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in Dubai's real estate sector.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in real estate or transferable skills in sales or client relations is a plus. Strong motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in

French, English, or Arabic

(a combination of these languages is a strong advantage). A valid driver's license in Dubai is a plus
