experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager - Real Estate
to lead our Dubai-based sales team. The ideal candidate must have
a minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in UAE real estate sales management
and a strong track record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies for Dubai real estate market
Monitor leads, conversions, KPIs, and team performance
Train, coach, and guide agents to improve productivity and closures
Handle high-value clients, negotiations, and deal finalization
Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader in UAE Real Estate
Strong knowledge of Dubai property market (off-plan & secondary)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience using CRM systems
RERA certification preferred

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
