We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to lead our real estate division. The ideal candidate will manage a team of agents, ensure RERA compliance, drive sales growth, and collaborate with developers and marketing teams.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and supervise a team of 10+ real estate agents. Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs. Support agents in deal closing and client negotiations. Manage property listings, marketing activities, and CRM operations. Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of real estate experience in Dubai, with managerial exposure. RERA certification is mandatory. Proven leadership and sales performance record. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Organized, proactive, and results-driven professional.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
