Key Responsibilities:Portfolio Management
Oversee a real estate portfolio valued at $30-40 million, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Ensure optimal asset performance, occupancy, and ROI through proactive leasing, maintenance, and capital improvement strategies.
Conduct regular market analysis to assess risks, opportunities, and asset positioning.

Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Attend and represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and real estate forums to expand connections and business opportunities.
Leverage professional relationships to source

Qualifications:
