Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. Oversee property leasing, renewals, and tenant management activities. Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and profitability. Coordinate with maintenance, MEP, and facility management teams for property upkeep. Monitor rent collection, expenses, and financial performance of properties. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and periodic management reports. Negotiate contracts, leases, and agreements with vendors, tenants, and contractors. Ensure all properties comply with local laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Identify potential investment or development opportunities. Supervise and support real estate agents, brokers, and administrative staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
