Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Manager to lead our team, drive sales performance, and expand our market presence. The right candidate will be a strong leader with a deep understanding of Dubai's property market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate agents to achieve sales and leasing targets.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, and clients.
Oversee daily operations, sales pipelines, and client service.
Ensure compliance with RERA/DLD regulations.
Recruit, train, and support new agents.
Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in Dubai real estate.
Strong sales and leadership background.
RERA certified (or willing to obtain).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
English required; other languages are a plus.
