Job Vacancy: Real Estate Manager
We are seeking a
dynamic and experienced Real Estate Manager
to oversee property operations, sales, and client relations.Job Responsibilities:
Manage property sales, rentals, and lease agreements Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract buyers and tenants Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders Supervise property maintenance and ensure legal compliance Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently Prepare financial reports and meet sales targets
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field Proven experience in real estate sales/management Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and market trends Leadership skills and ability to manage a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
