Job Description

The Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the management, acquisition, and sales of properties. This role involves coordinating property operations, supervising teams, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate laws, and driving revenue growth through strategic property management and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management:

Oversee daily operations of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Ensure properties are well-maintained, tenants' needs are addressed, and occupancy rates are maximized. Coordinate with maintenance and service providers for timely repairs and upkeep.

Sales & Leasing:

Identify new property acquisition opportunities. Market properties for sale or lease, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and investors.

Financial & Administrative Management:

Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability of managed properties. Collect rents, manage contracts, and oversee lease renewals. Maintain accurate records of property transactions and legal documents.

Team Leadership:

Lead and supervise real estate staff including agents, leasing coordinators, and administrative personnel. Conduct training and performance evaluations to ensure high team productivity.

Compliance & Legal:

Ensure all properties comply with UAE real estate regulations and RERA laws. Handle legal matters related to property disputes, contracts, and lease agreements.

Reporting & Strategy:

Provide regular reports to senior management on property performance, sales, and occupancy. Develop strategies to enhance property value and improve business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate management, preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE property laws, RERA regulations, and market trends. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and property management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

RERA certification is highly desirable. Experience in high-end residential or commercial real estate.
