Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing property sales, leasing, and operations, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations, and achieving sales and occupancy targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee sales and leasing of properties. Develop strategies to meet targets and grow revenue. Build and maintain client and broker relationships. Conduct property inspections and market research. Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and Ejari regulations. Manage team performance and provide training.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. 3+ years UAE real estate experience. Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and procedures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
