Real Estate Sales Manager

(A reputable Real Estate Company needs a

Real Estate Sales Manager )

Location: Dubai (Only).*

Valid UAE Driver's License (preferred)*

Experience in UAE Real Estate is a must*

Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader/Sales Manager in Real Estate*

Who can immediately bring a TEAM OF (5 to 10) EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE AGENTS (Ready to work)

50% commission ( for closing your deal)*

5% to 10% commission (Sales deal closed by your team)*

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and administer all aspects of employee training for the organization, including the following:

-

Offer advice and motivate their team to close sales..

-

Assist the Sales Team in leading, directing, and motivating the team to achieve corporate sales objectives.

Responsible for operating and getting full information on new launches and existing developer projects.

-

Developing business with new developers and getting the agency registration done.

-

Lead and supervise a real estate sales team, perform administrative duties, and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.

Set weekly, monthly, and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conduct sales meetings.

-

Planned, designed, and conducted appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limits.

Work with developers for a better understanding of them and to revise the marketing strategy accordingly.

Lead and motivate the team to improve sales and after-sales service to clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Experience in UAE Real Estate is a must.

- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Real Estate.

- Well-presented and a good work ethic.

- Excellent negotiation, motivation, and leadership skills.
