Are you a strategic thinker with a strong track record in real estate leadership? We're looking for a Real Estate Manager to lead, inspire, and drive results across our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and mentor a team of agents and junior managers
? Drive sales growth and manage high-value client relationships
? Create and implement strategic business plans
? Handle large-scale property portfolios and investor accounts
? Ensure full compliance with local regulations (RERA, etc.)
Requirements:
? 5+ years experience in real estate (UAE market preferred)
? Strong leadership and communication skills
? RERA certification (if in Dubai)
