Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
Building and leading a sales team from the ground up, as well as overseeing the recruitment and management of real estate agents
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and selling skills.
2. Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize property sales and profitability.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle complex negotiations and close high-value deals.
4. Market Research:
Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and customer preferences.
Prepare reports on market conditions and sales forecasts for upper management.
5. Performance Monitoring:
Monitor the performance of sales agents, providing feedback and support to improve their effectiveness.
Set individual and team sales goals, tracking progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
6. Collaboration with Other Departments:
Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and campaigns.
Coordinate with property developers and owners to understand available inventory and pricing strategies.
7. Compliance and Ethics:
Ensure all sales activities comply with local laws and regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations in Dubai.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
