Real Estate Manager

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Real Estate Manager to oversee and manage our property portfolio and sales/leasing operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the real estate sector, with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to drive team performance and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of property consultants and real estate agents. Develop and implement strategies for property sales, leasing, and investments. Oversee property acquisitions, disposals, and lease agreements. Ensure legal compliance and documentation accuracy for all transactions. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders. Create and manage annual budgets, revenue targets, and operational plans. Provide regular reporting on sales performance and market analysis. Support marketing and promotional campaigns to boost property visibility. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure high performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, preferably in the UAE. Proven track record in sales, leasing, and/or property management. Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, regulations, and trends. Leadership experience with team management responsibilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
