Recruit, train, and manage real estate agents and support staff
Set daily/weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, site visits, closings)
Monitor agent performance and provide regular coaching
Motivate and maintain a performance-driven culture

Sales & Client Management
Supervise lead assignment and client follow-up through CRM
Guide agents on deal closing, negotiation tactics, and documentation
Resolve escalated client issues and complaints
Attend high-value client meetings or closings when required
3.
Operations Oversight
Ensure daily listing uploads on portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle)
Monitor CRM system usage and lead conversion tracking
Review daily reports from agents and marketing team
Ensure smooth processing of contracts (Form A/B/F) and deal documentation
4.
Developer & Inventory Relations
Maintain relationships with developers (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, etc.)
Stay updated on new launches, pricing, and inventory
Coordinate team participation in launch events and training sessions
Ensure top developer projects are promoted via sales & marketing
