Role Overview

The Real Estate Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales and leasing teams, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and develop strategies to expand market share. This role requires strong leadership, deep market knowledge, and the ability to manage both people and performance in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales and leasing teams to achieve revenue and performance targets Develop and implement business strategies to grow the company's market presence Monitor team KPIs and provide coaching, training, and performance reviews Oversee property transactions to ensure legal compliance and service excellence Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion Ensure accurate reporting and documentation across all business activities
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and regulatory environment Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Fluency in English is required; proficiency in European or Russian languages is preferred Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms RERA certification or willingness to obtain it Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
