We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing agents, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role requires leadership, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and strong sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to sales agents.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Coordinate marketing efforts with the marketing team to generate leads.
Manage client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Generate sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales .
Strong knowledge of local property markets, sales practices, and real estate regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
