We are looking for a highly organized and experienced

Listing Team Leader

to manage and oversee our property listings across major real estate portals, including

Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder

, and others. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of online property marketing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure our listings are accurate, optimized, and consistently visible to generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and train the listing team to ensure timely and accurate property uploads. Oversee daily listings across all major property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.). Ensure all property descriptions, photos, videos, and details meet company quality standards. Monitor listing performance, lead flow, and portal ranking to maximize visibility. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure properties are updated, removed, or modified as needed. Develop strategies to improve listing exposure and online lead generation. Build strong relationships with portal account managers to stay updated with best practices. Provide regular reports on listing performance, lead conversion, and team productivity.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate listing management in the UAE. Strong knowledge of property portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc. Previous experience leading or supervising a team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze data and optimize listings for better performance. Proficiency in CRM systems and online property management tools. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
