Listing Administrator
to join our dynamic team and support the process of managing property listings efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, review, and prepare property details for online listing (photos, descriptions, features, location, etc.)
Upload and update listings across property portals, company website, and CRM systems
Ensure all listings meet quality and accuracy standards before publishing
Coordinate with sales agents, photographers, and marketing teams for complete and updated content
Monitor and maintain listing status (active, expired, rented, or sold)
Ensure all listings comply with RERA and Dubai Land Department guidelines
Create contracts (A-B-F and MOU)
Create reports on listing performance and suggest improvements to increase visibility
Manage updates, renewals, and removals of properties as required
Support the team with marketing materials and other admin-related duties when needed
Maintain professional communication and follow-up with internal departments to ensure data consistency.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Previous experience in a real estate administrative or listing role preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems
Knowledge of property portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc. is an advantage
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Good command of English.
Familiarity with Dubai's real estate procedures and regulations is preferred
