Responsibilities:

Secure and manage property listings through lead generation and client referrals Conduct market research to determine competitive listing prices Advise sellers on staging, pricing, and marketing strategies List properties on MLS and digital platforms with high-quality marketing materials Host showings, open houses, and negotiations to attract buyers Guide clients through the selling process from listing to closing
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of real estate experience (preferably in listings) Knowledge on how to post listings through Madhmoun Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented Arabic and English language preferable
