Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a strategic and financially astute Real Estate Investment Consultant to advise clients on high-yield property opportunities across Abu Dhabi and the UAE. This role is tailored for professionals who understand the intricacies of real estate investment and can deliver data-driven insights, personalized strategies, and exceptional service to both local and international investors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and present investment opportunities in residential, commercial, and off-plan properties Analyze market trends, financial metrics, and ROI projections to guide client decisions Develop tailored investment strategies based on client goals, risk appetite, and portfolio needs Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and institutional clients Conduct property tours, investment briefings, and financial consultations Negotiate and structure deals to maximize client returns and ensure compliance Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging investment zones Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and investment performance
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment, financial advisory, or property consultancy Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and UAE investment regulations Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus Professional demeanor with a consultative, client-first approach Proficiency in financial modeling, CRM platforms, and investment reporting tools Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
