to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, market trends, and financial analysis. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for professionals who excel in advising clients on lucrative investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance on real estate investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi. Conduct market research and financial analysis to assess property investment potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and financial institutions. Advise clients on risk assessment, portfolio diversification, and return on investment. Negotiate contracts and facilitate investment transactions efficiently. Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and economic developments affecting real estate investments. Promote investment properties through various marketing channels, including networking events and digital platforms.

Requirements:

Strong financial analysis and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, investment regulations, and economic trends. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. UAE driving license and own vehicle is a plus. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a plus.
