Job Description
Real Estate Investment Analyst
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and market research on real estate investments.
- Prepare reports and presentations to provide insights and recommendations.
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and risk assessments.
- Monitor and analyse real estate market trends and economic data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial models and analyses.
- Develop and refine financial models for real estate portfolios.
- Provide support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Education: CFA (preferred), Master's in Finance or related field; Bachelor's in Engineering is a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years in real estate investment, private equity, or investment banking.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
