Real Estate Hr/admin & Marketing Manager

Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR/Admin & Marketing Manager plays a vital role in the human resources and admin department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee relations, recruitment and do HR regular tasks. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, Recruitment, compliance with legal regulations, and effective communication with both internal departments and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:



HR regular tasks

Record Maintenance and Reporting:

Compliance and Regulation:

Stay informed about changes UAE labor regulations. Implement necessary updates and adjustments to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Assist in audits and provide documentation as needed.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with the HR team to support various HR initiatives, such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to reconcile payroll-related accounts and transactions.

Administrative Support:


Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and property showings.

Marketing Support:

Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
Coordinate and manage online and offline marketing efforts.
Maintain property listings on various platforms.

Market Research:

Maintain and update client databases and contact lists.
Organize and manage property databases and listings.

Transaction Coordination:

Assist in the preparation and processing of real estate transactions.
Liaise between buyers, sellers, agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in real estate, with a focus on business centers or commercial property leasing. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and sales abilities. Ability to develop and implement strategic business initiatives.
