WE ARE HIRING
We require highly skilled Real Estate Sales Managers with minimum of 5 years experience in Dubai Real Estate. The potential candidate should have their own team of experienced telecallers / agents.
REQUIREMENTS:
Highly experienced with a proven track record. Must have a team of well-trained and experienced sales agents (min 5-10 agents with minimum of 2 years Dubai Real Estate experience) who can join immediately. Must be able to achieve monthly sales targets for both the team and the manager. Good inventory of properties directly from owners. Direct clients and owners database.
Optional: Valid UAE driving license & RERA broker card.
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
Attractive salary for the manager, including commission. Back-office support: admin, tele-sales, marketing, property listing platforms, CRM, mobile sim, laptop, client database, etc.

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
